I was extremely reluctant as I’d read some not so favorable reviews as I was doing my research comparing other auto insurance companies.
Mrs. Cannon patiently listened to my concerns and detailed what she could offer with regards to my being a senior with an excellent driving record and was still being hit with hefty premium increases.
Although I was disappointed to learn It couldn't be lowered as substantially as I’d hoped, Mrs. Cannon was able to provide me with a rate I could live with within my budget.
She gave me the time and space I needed to mull it over, and come to the decision to come aboard.
A very nice touch was receiving a hand written thank you card in the mail from Ryan Edwards State Farm Insurance Agency for trusting them with my insurance coverage! It confirmed for me that I’d made the right decision.
